In this video my bro and I hit the streets like mega-villains and show some quality body weight exercises that can be performed from bridges… or if your not feeling as crazy…then you can perform most the exercises on your average pull-up bar.

Here are the body weight exercise routine performed in the video.

#1-(3X12) pull-ups
#2-(3X5) dynos
#3-(6) windshield wipers to (5) leg raises
#4-(5) chin-ups to (6) parallel pull-ups
#5-(1) left one arm pull up (1) right one arm pull up
#6-(1) Back Lever

These body weight exercises are great to implement in with your parkour training.
