The key points to think about while performing this parkour vault is the jump, the technique with the legs while in the air, hand positioning, and maintaining your speed throughout your landing.

One of the biggest reasons people struggle with the dash vault is they are lacking the core strength and flexibility to perform the vault. So if you have trouble or don’t feel very confident with this move then you might need more core training.

Some exercises that are great for developing this core strength are butt scoots, leg lifts, and knee raises.
