How to Palm Spin – The first thing we need to do is learn the form and technique for the palm spin.

Here is an awesome detailed tutorial showing you step by step how to palm spin:

Once we know the form and technique, some of us might be freaks of nature and have the core strength and coordination to go outside and throw it in a few hours or so.

But for MOST of us we will need to develop flexibility and core strength to perform the palm spin. If we don’t train these specific core building and flexibility exercises we will find it impossible and frustrating to do a palm spin.

No matter how much we practice the palm spin we will have to use our feet for assistance, fear clipping our feet and falling, get frustrated and never be confident with this move.

So here are a few simple exercises you can do to develop the core strength and flexibility to learn your palm spin.

In this Video I give you 3 simple exercises to develop the core strength and flexibility to do your palm spin and the best thing is all you need is a simple picnic table or elevated ledge.

These are exercises you should be training 3-4 days a week. Core strength is the most important strength we can have in parkour. It is crucial for kong vaults, speed vaults, lazy vaults, precision jumps,  Top outs, and etc.

So if you want to learn your palm spin or you have been struggling with it, start to implement these simple core building exercises to your training!

If we are struggling with your palm spin, odds are it’s because we haven’t developed the core flexibility or strength to do the palm spin.

I got the 5 day and have been using other videos from your site, this is an awesome tool you have put together for us folks learning. I am currently a deployed soldier and seem to be one of the only people in my location who is into PK so have mapped out my own chases, The walls are slick as can be on these barriers so this is now a newly added great addition to my routine, I am currently using your videos and barstarzz pull up training to “get on top” Thank you!
